Question: What type of eye problems can LASIK correct?

Answer: LASIK can correct astigmatism, nearsightedness, and farsightedness.

Question: Am I a good candidate for LASIK?

Answer: If you are older than 18 years old, your vision has been stable for two years, and you don’t have any medical conditions that may inhibit normal healing, you are probably a good candidate.

Question: How does the type of technology affect my LASIK outcome?

Answer: Only the most up-to-date technology includes the lowest energy lasers that create a precise corneal flap and incorporates mapping technology to ensure the most customized treatment.

Question: What will be my recovery time after LASIK?

Answer: We suggest very mild activity for the first 48 hours. After 48 hours, you may resume normal activities. Exclude water sports and contact sports for approximately two weeks after your LASIK procedure.

Patient Stories

To say LASIK changed my life is an understatement...

The expert procedure at SEES has me seeing 20/10, where I’ve needed contacts to see since I was 11. Wish I had done it earlier!

The staff was extremely professional, and the process was painless. Can’t thank SEES enough for improving my vision, and my life.
